Over the course of five episodes, we’ll explore his world, UniverXO, through the eyes of the people who know him best, such as his partner Cristina Pedroche and his parents. This series reveals the sacrifices and dilemmas faced by one of the brightest minds in fine dining. I had the opportunity to be part of the team during several shoots in Madrid.
